Teaching

My approach to teaching dance and movement is based on listening and reacting. A dance class is something we create together, the students and I. It doesn't exist without one or the other. My goal is to get their bodies warm, make them realize how strong they are and challenge their brains. Whether it is children, teenagers or adults, I quickly make them improvise or choreograph to show them how to use the language of their bodies.
